Low Side Driver

Our product is specifically designed for low-level logic drive applications, such as MCU interface direct drive IGBT. It has internal integration of AUX, level converter, and voltage detection circuit, as well as built-in undervoltage, overvoltage, and over-temperature protection functions to prevent system failures caused by voltage abnormalities. The output voltage of AUX is 5V, which can supply power to other chips in the system solution, simplifying the system design.
